Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and with any original packaging where applicable. Please note that vintage and antique pieces may show signs of age, wear, and previous use, which will be clearly shown and described in the listing.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is safely and appropriately packaged for return. We can help arrange a trusted courier where needed, but all return courier and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is received back in the condition it was sent.
