An elegant late Victorian silver-plated double standish or salt cellar, dating to circa 1900. 

It neatly houses two clear, moulded glass inserts defined by their delicate ruffled margins. This versatile object serves beautifully as a sculptural desk piece or an elegant pair of open master salts.

Presented in good antique condition. The silver-plated surface exhibits a heavy, darkened patina and subtle wear through to the underlying Britannia metal, adding historical depth. The glass components are structurally sound with no major chips.

Vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the condition report.

Please note that all associated shipping costs, including both outbound and return delivery, as well as any packaging, are the buyer's responsibility. Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days.
