A pair of mid-century French side chairs attributed to Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet, combining solid oak frames with hand-woven abaca rope seats and backs. Their simple architectural form, exposed joinery and distinctive open-grid weaving perfectly capture the understated character of French rustic modernism.

Condition
Good vintage condition with attractive, honest ageing. The oak frames are structurally sound, with minor surface scuffs, light rubbing and natural grain separation consistent with age and use. The abaca cord remains strong and tight overall, with light natural fraying and fibre breakout along some edges, particularly around the upper corners of the backrests. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the condition report.

We want you to love every piece you bring home. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we'll accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition. We're happy to coordinate the return through our trusted courier. Please note that all associated shipping costs, including both outbound and return delivery, as well as any packaging, are the buyer's responsibility. Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days.
